TERMS & CONDITIONS

Prices are inclusive of VAT and include room hire & white table linen. Upon booking a deposit of £50 is required for bookings of 99 or less. A deposit of £100 is required for bookings of 100 or more. All monies paid are non-refundable and non-transferable. Where the food bill exceeds £1500.00 we require prepayment of 75%. Full payment is required on the day, unfortunately we cannot accept cheque or AMEX payments. Catering will be provided for the numbers booked. If additional guests attend on the day, they will be charged for at the rates above, this will be shown on your final bill. Subsequently if the numbers attending on the day are less than booked for, we will charge for numbers booked upon. Table settings will be inclusive of approximately an additional 10 guests where possible to allow for extra seating. This however may not always be possible depending on the suite booked. Please note that we do not currently have disabled access to our function suites on the first level – Rotunda Suite, Antonine Suite & Eyrie Suite. We endeavour to make this clear upon booking. If drinks are to be provided, this will be charged as a bar tab which you will be given a breakdown of. This will be added to your bill on the day. Dietary needs can be catered for with advance notice.
