Please note all of the above is included for package numbers only. Additional full day guests are charged at £55 for adults & £35 for Under 12’s. Additional evening guests will be charged at £12 per person. You must cater for 75% of evening guests. Alternative food and drinks options are available for children and any special dietary requirements can be catered for with advance notice. TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please note prices are for 2024 weddings, each year thereafter a 5% increment will apply. All prices are inclusive of VAT. A booking is held provisionally for 14 days, after which a non-refundable deposit of £500 is required to secure your chosen date. Upon payment of deposit, both parties of the wedding partnership will be required to sign a Wedding Services contract. A non-refundable £500 payment is due 6 months after initial deposit paid. 50% of the final balance is due 6 months prior to your wedding date with the full and final balance due 4 weeks prior to your wedding date. Catering is required for all day guests; evening buffets must be taken on a minimum of 75% of guests, seating will be for an additional 10 guests of final numbers. Please note that we do not currently have disabled access to our function suites on the first level – Rotunda Suite, Antonine Suite & Eyrie Suite. We endeavour to make that clear upon booking. We can cater for most dietary requirements with advance notice. We can accept last minute changes regarding numbers for your wedding meal no later than 7 days prior to the date. A final table plan must be submitted to our Wedding coordinator no later than 14 days prior to your Wedding date. No reimbursement, discount or substitution can be offered if you do not require something included in the Diamond Wedding Package. Chair covers & sash included in the Diamond Wedding package are provided for day guests only. If additional chair covers and sash are required for evening guests this will be charged accordingly. Registrars and celebrants are the responsibility of the bridal party to arrange. Our ceremony charges do not include any fees for this. Package numbers are for use of one function suite only with turnarounds. All deposits and pre-payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event of a cancellation, all monies paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.
